Robert McQueary /Founder and President

Robert McQueary Founder and President of ARMAC Construction, 2009 to Present; Builders Association of Western Nevada Board of Directors and President 2008 To 2015. President of Capital Business Network, 2015. Served on Carson City Regional Transportation Commission 2014-2015. A self-driven highly motivated individual, with 30 years’ experience in excavating, paving, building demolition & underground utilities in Northern Nevada and Northern California.


Working in the family business at age 16 (Rob McQueary Excavating, Inc.) he started out as a laborer, became a heavy equipment operator, he then worked his way into a jobsite foreman position; later to become a superintendent in charge of 75+ employees and multiple projects. After becoming a superintendent he advanced into an estimating/project management position. From there he shared in the day to day duties of running a successful excavating/paving/underground demolition company overseeing 100 employees and $15,000,000 to $20,000,000 in construction projects.
